stream overlays templets

I have for a few years been looking for any information on sizes and what many uses to make overlays for myself and others. Many sources didn't really have a proper set size or somehow didn't fit with something else in the file. I have broken down fellow artists' layouts and trial and error to gather the best size needed to make your own stream pack. So I made a template to help others who wish to make their own or to get into the field of making for others.
